DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A HOLIDAY!!!! We were due to stay here yesterday for a week's family holiday.... To be called by Hoseasons when we were already driving there and told it wasn't available due to maintenance! No explanation provided by Hoseasons and nothing from Fir Trees directly by way of explanation or alternative option.

Well kept site. Walking distance to park and ride. Easy drive to North Wales coast. Very peaceful, no clubhouse or play area.
