Would not post my parcel because it didn’t have a post code, no further help was offered, should have gone to my local post office in Cobham, a world of difference between these two, will definitely not be using Esher again!!

Slow queue times been multiple times and had two people waiting and took me 40+ minutes to even get in the front door this post office is utterly useless if you can just go to the next town over and save your time. unlike other reviews haven’t had a problem with staff rudeness though.
