Excellent quality of service and very professional. Fetcham lost its post office service a while ago and the staff here have been fantastic in replacing that service.
As a newsagent it is also very good - always has the paper I want and very friendly too
Small PO with only one man doing everything (including running his own shop). He is quite slow but very diligent. Sometimes makes mistakes but you can't fault him for being diligent. If there's 2 or 3 in a queue, you'll be there for ages!!
The owner is trying here to change reputation; it was owned previously by an incompetent family. I use when quiet and am prepared to give them benefit of the doubt while they settle in. Lets all e supportive, it cant be easy turning this around after such bad ownership.
This place provides a lesson in rudeness and intolerance. They really see customers as RATS thus an inconvenience. Will always
- overcharge for postage
- charge you again or mis-weigh your parcels
- challenge any pre-paid postage
You are much better off driving to Stoke D'Arbenon post office.
This place will ruin your day.....RUN AWAY
Have used twice and none of my letters were sent. My recorded post done Tuesday is still sitting in the shop 3 days it's been and not even sent. Don't use as don't trust the person running this service.
