We at Wimblebury Post Office & Stores pride ourselves on great customer service to the community of Wimblebury. On rare occasions we get customers like Shirley Lycett who visits us and is rude to me and my staff when we ask our post office mail compliance questions of customer mail. We have been in business for 9 years and are here to help the community and take zero tolerance to verbal abuse directed to me and my staff during these difficult time.
Thank Pizza Man for your review. Apologises you felt the way did. Please try to understand we are supporting the communtity to provide essential services. Its hard for us to maintain the safety of everyone who comes into store. If you don't follow the guidance on the store safety and post office mail security proceedures you are clearly going to be upset and leave us negative feedback. We are clearly not going to accept abuse well. We have tried to stay open during two UK national lockdowns to helps the vunerable and elderly. This shop's customer service is appalling especially in the Post Office section. The only reason I use it at all is pure because it is close by, hence the one star!
