There is not enough parking space. There is no contact number to speak to a person, the website is useless! The cards pushed through your letterbox (if you get one) says nothing about the office being closed on Wednesday. The limited opening times of 7-9am to far too short. Other people have to get to work as well so why doesn't it open again from 4-6pm??

Just been in this morning to get my parcel. The woman who was shift at 8.12am this morning was very rude and instead of giving me the parcel through the safety glass. She opened it and sternly told me to have it. Absolutely shocked by the appalling attitude by her because I forgot my mask exemption card. I'll never use this place again and I'd recommend steering clear of it. Absolutely disgusting 😤

Service always friendly when collecting parcels no matter the time of day. Generally quite quick as well. Parking in close proximity of the building and the town centre.
