I searched Rugeley Post Office this morning to find out what time it was open, and got to reading the reviews - I was so confused by the fair amount of negative ones because I have only ever had positive experiences there. I posted two parcels today, and again noticed how lovely the staff are. Support your local post office! Friendly, helpful staff and efficient service. Thank you.

Awful service. Went to post letters and asked for proofs of postage, after finishing transaction, been told not to bother to come in next time and to use post box around the corner. When I enquired how will I receive proofs of postage from post box, owner told that they will be refused to me and said to leave and if I refuse he would call police on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not long moved to the area, and to be honest, each and every time I’ve been recently, the lady behind the post office counter has been really short with me, doesn’t explain thing very well, expects everyone to know everything and tends to look done her nose at you. I have been there a few times and the other ladies have been okay but it’s always the same one that’s really short ? The gent who serves air is really pleasant and friendly but doesn’t make up how you feel when leaving the post office. It’s a shame really.

Been there last week to send a parcel to Srilanka. The staff was more than helpful and informative. Very professional and kind. I wish I could have a post office like that in our town. Well done guys and keep going ❤️

Definitely not if i could give a 0 rating i would. After using this post office for the best part of 14-15 year we removed our drop & go account within weeks of the new staff taking over ..we had nothing but problems & rudeness. Thank you Brereton Post Office for picking up the pieces .
