I have used Frank for many years as he is very knowledgeable, extremely reliable, full of common sense and also very good value. He'll help you out in an emergency as well as carry out the routine maintenance and servicing. I don't bother with things like British Gas service contracts as he'll sort us out for a fraction of the cost and I know I'm getting somebody who knows what he's talking about.

Excellent service! Patient and knowledgeable engineer. I’ve contacted the company to book a boiler repair. They where booked solid and couldn’t help me in person but guess what? They’ve talked me through fixing the fault on my boiler over the phone! I sent the photos of all the pipes and knobs and Frank knew exactly what to do. There are many that would take advantage but not him. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I will certainly book them in the future. By giving me his time and advice Frank Lever made a loyal customer for years to come.

Rang Frank Monday morning as boiler needed re-pressuring daily and water was barely heating. He replied promptly whilst doing another job and Kevin Lever came round Tuesday. He was polite, friendly and seemed to know quickly what the problem was which he explained to me. He sorted it (after dealing with a dripping hot tap and faulty washing machine connection) and all at a more reasonable price than the minimum British Gas charge! After a week, all seems well. Would not hesitate to call again

Had a problem with boiler, no hot water, decided to go for a local plumber. Came same day, after couple minutes told me what the problem was, had a look on his mobile for part, told me part not available and suggested get a replacement boiler as 10 years old. Charged me £45 for the diagnostic and left, didn't hear from him, 4 kids no hot water. Tried another plumber Halton heating, managed to get part, came next day, sorted in 10 minutes.
