Please, don't use royal mail service in this place. I lost two couriers in the royal mail which is worth more than £700 but I have been compensated with just £50. I never lost any courier in any place in whole Cheshire area expect in this particular post office.

Poor service and unhelpful staff. Also no internet reception at the service windows so if you need to show anything on your phone in order to get the service you require then forget it or make sure you have a screenshot otherwise they send you to the back of the very long queue that you had already waited in to get to the front in the first place. Other much more friendly and capable post offices in the smaller localities in Chester. Avoid this one.

Staff would rather show you how to send an item which taken 20 minutes on self service rather than them using the tills which take 2 minutes. Then argued to say DPD is inferior to post office.
