They were short staff, so the queue were unsure which teller did travel money even if there was ticketing machine in place. The supervising attendant was helpful but unfortunately they didn't do the currency we wanted.

Ten tills but only ever two or three staff members on at any one time. Massive queues and understandably disgruntled staff not being given the manpower they need. A shame to see a recently revitalised post office go to the dogs because of poor staffing. Ticketing system in place, but people being shuffled out of the queue to use the abysmal self service machines that need constant staff intervention. Avoid and walk to Northgate st.

Don't waste time here, walk to Northgate St. One teller at any time, so queues are long. The meet and greet shows you to the self serve points instead of queuing, but you can guarantee that someone is having trouble there and no staff go over to help. So either queuing for the teller or queuing for a self serve, both take too long. Queues here are like Alton Towers. Staff aren't winning awards for friendly service either.

Avoid like the plague : lunch time is clearly the busiest time and they have 2 members of staff on. Doesn’t take a genius to work out that everyone else is on their limited lunch break trying to use the post office so put more staff on. There was no one on the travel money counter, yet we were still able to print tickets and wait in line for the counter. Myself and the lady in front of me complained , they saw her and then went back to serving other people queuing for postal services . The lady behind me in the queue then complained and they served her before me. I left after 20 mins and bought my euros elsewhere . I rarely complain but I was literally seething when I left.
