My partner and I stopped and had lunch in the restaurant. Second to none, service, food, coffee excellent. The staff made us feel very welcome and we will definitely eat there again sometime.

Brilliant campsite. Very friendly staff, great food and a lovely bar. Amenities well thought out and very high quality. Lovely surroundings but be aware of high number of wasps (don't do the wasp dance, just stay still and they will ignore you). Definitely recommended for campers.

The friendliest most charming campsite we have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, Covid safe with modern facilities in ancient parklands. Bike, walk or run from here or enjoy the extensive activities or quiet areas on site. Family friendly woodland jungle gyms for the kids and big kids. Cafe and bar were a pleasure to spend time in. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Prices seem fair. We really recommend this lovely site.

This is what I received back when giving my honest feedback, about mould in the bedroom- cottage not clean ( cobwebs and dust ) and shower literally drizzles out - such a shame this is there customer service everyone they don’t like honest feed back Such a shame as we have stayed numerous times Over good few years and the owner herself is lovely shame about the staff. Thank you for your trip advisor review. Please do not attempt to book a holiday here at Clippesby in the future Regards Lee

Great place for a short or long camping trip. So much space at the site, not just that pitches have plenty of room, but all the areas feel distinct and never crowded. Plenty of toilet and shower facilities, we were there in August and there was never a queue; the blocks were regularly cleaned too. Good location, nice and quiet but close to lots of things to do assuming you have transport. Friendly staff and excellent facilities such as bar, cafe, shop, play areas, and as I said before, loads of space. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the little extra, would highly recommend it.
