The generations of our family have been coming to this site each summer for 62 years and still love it. It is like a second home and Jim, Bronia and Mrs Hun have become family. They are kind, generous and honest people who are always happy to help. The site is beautiful, clean, family run site, without on-site shops there is no extra expense and children have plenty of space to play and make new friends in the field. The site has beautifully refurbished toilets, washrooms and showers, two outdoor taps and lots of hook-ups for your tent or caravan to use. The site also has Glamping huts. "Jim's hut" has lots of ideas of where you can visit throughout the year, including discount vouchers and codes to make it easier for a family day out, takeaway menus for local restaurants and a bus timetable can all be found inside. The petrol garage, park, shops, Post Office and broads tours boats are just a 5 minute walk away from the site making it the perfect place for a family holiday. Many happy memories have been made there and I cannot recommend it enough. Its wonderful.
Lovely friendly site, because of covid no facilities to report on. Owners very helpful and saw me everyday to check all ok. Level pitches, I was in a campervan. Bit of road noise but didn't find it a problem. Garage nearby fir provisions, 5min walk to Potter Heigham, various shops, cafes etc and fish and chips. Would recommend
A brilliant little campsite with a lovely friendly couple that own it. We had some gale force winds and torrential rain whilst there but although we seemed to be getting flooded out the ground soon soaked away and Bronia came round every morning to make sure we were ok
Lovely campsite, friendly and helpful owners, been here lots of times
Friendly people,nice clean facilities.Hope to stay here this year covid-19 permitting.
