Had an urgent question needed answering. Phoned 3 times. The first ring was answered after a minute, the girl on the other end still chatting and laughing with someone, then hung up after a few seconds. Two more attempts, unanswered. Abysmal customer service.
This post office doesn’t seem able to acknowledge redelivery requests. Two online requests - the second made after the first redelivery didn’t happen - have both been confirmed, but not resulted in delivery of the item. Package was eventually picked up from this post office, having been there all along.
The young lad on the counter is more interested in going home that offering a customer service. Will have to use a different post office in the future. Sorry.
Super helpful in helping me with collection of a special delivery item out of the regular post office hours. Great customer service, much appreciated.
Extremely poor customer service, lad behind counter seemed miserable that there was someone there to collect a parcel. Didn't acknowledge me as I waited and then moaned that he was late to leave. Cannot wait for a post office collection to be opened nearer my house
