My name is Mrs Barbara South and recently have needed to call out the engineers to fix a problem I kept having with the boiler. I must have called them about five times and every time they came as soon as they could and got the boiler to work. They were so pleasant and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the excellent service I received from you.
I could not believe this companies attitude over the telephone, the discourteous attitude was just unbelievable. So only choose this company if you want to be insulted on the telephone, given the run around and made to feel there inability to keep a promise is your fault.
Diabolical.
Had someone come to pressure test and fill my heating system, was told by the engineer my fan needed replacing which was fine but he then tried to convince me that for the cost of the fan replacement I should replace the whole boiler so did not go ahead with having the fan fitted by the engineer and had another firm come do the work.
Today i had my boiler installed by Westward Energy Services and from start to finish there professionalism shines through.
The staff within there office are helpful and there engineers had the experience needed to work past what could have been a difficult job.
I give Westward 5***** and will certainly be getting back in touch with them if there services are required.
Unprofessional, disparaging conduct on the telephone when making arrangements for a call out and failure to keep a promised visit meant three days without a working boiler, heating and hot water. Dismissive attitude and offensive treatment by supervising staff member overheard in the background whilst talking to a customer service advisor. My insurance company will now be examining how fit this company is to provide call out cover on their behalf. Appalling.
