The facilities are hard to fault.
There is building work on 2 sides of the site which looks like it will continue into 2021. A mobile home park is being created and they are early on in the groundwork. We were there over the weekend and worked started at 8 am and finished in the evening even on a Sunday.
Compared to other ccc sites this seemed to lack any atmosphere so not sure we would rush back.
We went for access to dog walks and this was excellent with a large choice right outside the gate.
Brilliant campsite, they are taking all covid precautions, although we do use our own facilities . We have visited here numerous times, it's only 1/2 hr away from home but its one of our favourites. We feel very safe here due to measures taken.
Smashing site, close to great cycle trails. Very friendly helpful staff. Covid safe and systems in place. Try it !
Lovely campsite. Toilet block is great; it's kept very clean. It has excellent facilities for disbled and babies/toddlers.
Nice open space with wide prepared paths. Not too much mud and fairly flat .suitable for wheelchair users.
