Brilliant service, can highly recommend if you have any issues that require a Plumber. Fixed underfloor heating issue by identifying the new part needed instantly. Ordered the part and fitted quickly. Very quick to respond and kept us up to date continuously. Price was very reasonable especially considering it was specialised work and not all plumbers will deal with underfloor heating. Also fixed a shower issue whilst here within minutes, that had been ongoing for years and other Plumbers (including British Gas service plan) told us couldn't be fixed as it needed a part that had been discontinued (they'd all wrongly diagnosed the issue). Highly recommend!
Alex recently fitted a new boiler for us and we were really impressed with the service he provided. Alex was very responsive and helpful and came out to do a quote on the same day I called. Alex was able to come quickly after to install our new boiler and was very professional throughout. We were really impressed with the level of customer service provided and the work he did. Also very impressed with how tidy he left everything, organising someone to collect the old boiler the same day. Would definitely contact Alex again for any work needed in the future and would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely job by the team. Came and flushed out our system and installed a new boiler for us. Attentive and knowledgeable guys and they didn’t leave any mess. Highly recommended!!! Plus interest free finance it’s a win win for me =)
Very quick response after being let down by boiler insurance company. Had been without heating for ten days and after calling Alex, the boiler was installed two days later. Professional, friendly and high standard of work. Would highly recommend.
