I messaged JSH to get help with a boiler repair, Helen messaged and told me they could fit me in Thursday, message was signed by Simon. I messaged back to say Thursday is good for me and left my mobile number so they can let me know when they get to the house and I will be there in 30 seconds. Nobody messaged me back, but I stayed in just in case they turned up. No reply to messages and a no show. 100% JSH Plumbing and Heating Ltd, I checked my messages.

Simon was really helpful and clear. Answers the phone promptly (a rarity with some contractors), arranged a time to meet with no fuss, kept in touch, I shared some photos of my system and Simon was clear on pricing, had to do some extra work while he was here but let me know and tidied up after himself. Resolved my boiler problem. Would recommend and contact again.
