Great experience here, the staff are wonderful and so helpful! They do not rush you and try and help as much as they can! They have a great selection of cards and their postal service is far better than the rest I've experienced! Thank you for providing us with your service! Will be visiting you guys soon!
A great family run business with extremely hard working and motivated staff. Have visited on numerous occasions and cannot fault the service. As someone that uses a Post Office very rarely, the staff were very helpful in talking me through the process of sending out parcels and what I could except with their service.

We started Ebay selling this year and chose Parcel Force and this Post Office around the corner from Park Crescent to ship from, only problem was that we were being upsold , we took in a med parcel and they charged for a large parcel, also issued us when sending multiple parcels a receipts which read the same Post Code, not good if we have to make a claim for lost / damaged mail.
We have now advised all our staff not to pay any rate other than the £3.10p 2nd Class Med Parcel Service Rate, we have still seen a few incidents at the Post Office with them still requesting a higher charge, but back down once told what the rate should be for a parcel
I’ve visited this post office on numerous occasions now it being my local. Couldn’t fault the service or the staff. The staff have always been very efficient and pleasant.
Lovely family run post office, staff are always polite. Happy to continue to use.
