it's my third surgery since I moved to Cardiff from London and they try to listen and understand more than I have experienced otherwise. then of course they are constrained by the NHS limits but their care and work is truly amazing

For the first time in 6 yrs I feel like a patient (and one that’s cared about) rather than just a number. I came here as a new pt with some serious worries about my heath. From the get go all the staff I have encountered have been kind and professional. I am so fortunate to have Dr Rogers as my Doctor, and he is nothing other than fanatic. Appalling, dismissive receptionist. Care of vulnerable patients non-existent. Would have given a no star rating if possible.
