Royal mail won't leave parcels with a neighbour and then you have the pathetic opening hours. If you work you can forget being able to collect your parcel until the Saturday.

Why do g/y/Garth sorting office hold on to mail I have just received mail posted locally dated 27. Dec delivered today 4 th jan is is happening all the time ,I have called onto the depot but am fobed off with excuses

Hard to find, without proper visible signage from the main road, slow service and parcels were mixed in with someone else's who never collected theirs. Very poor indeed.
