We stayed in the late summer of 2018. It was a fabulous experience! The hosts were wonderful on giving advice to the local amenities and even invited us to a local whisky tasking. I would stay there on our next visit!
Only had a 2 night short stay and found steve to be very friendly. The rooms where comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Great place to stay in Dufftown. Steve & Jo are fantastic hosts. The rooms are good, breakfast is very nice and you get fresh homemade marmalades. Ask for poached eggs! They have a very nice place to stay.
Loved our stay at the Gowanbrae! It was an easy walk down to the Glenfiddich and Balvenie Distilleries. Jo and Steve could not have been kinder. They gave us so many recommendations for things to do and see in the area! They also made a reservation for us at a local restaurant, Seven Stills, that was absolutely delicious. The rooms were both modern and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious in the morning. Highly recommend!
Best B&B ever!!!! Excellent and attentive hosts. Very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and great recommendations. Can't wait to go back.
