These guys are dealing with the current situation superbly. I have not left the estate since the beginning of the lockdown and have not needed to because they have worked so hard to provide me with everything I need. Excellent work from all and highly appreciated. Thanks to all the team 👏💕

Went to buy a few shopping necessities,dreadful. Nobody managing the main entrance,people walking in willy nilly, hardly any body wearing masks or being asked to do so and social distancing was zero. Needless to say I walked in and promptly out again. If you want to catch COVID that’s the place to shop.

I was struggling with my toddler whilst waiting to pay for my groceries. The staff were sympathetic, and came to my rescue quickly, offering to put my basket at the till whilst I was waiting so I could have my hands free to tend to my children. Thanks very much for being attentive and kind. A bit of kindness goes a long way.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from this store today. I purchased a bottle of coke. When asked if I would like a bag I excepted only to be told by the young man behind the counter "for one bottle of coke ? " I explained that I had my dog with me and needed a bag. I did only want a small bottle which I was going to put in my handbag that is why I didn't bring a bag. The smaller bottles were more expensive than the larger ones. I don't expect rudeness from staff when I require a bag which I am paying them 20p for. I think customer service training is needed for certain members of their staff. I won't be shopping there again!
