Has improved recently, but could do so much better. The staff are a little grumpy, there is always a wait, it take a while for them to forage for your parcels and they never, ever ask for ID. Royal Mail don't seem to realise that they have competition now, and treat customers as if they are doing you a favour. Needs to improve

The worse customer service. Postman won't even bother to ring the doorbell sometimes and trying to contact them by phone is such a confusing and frustrating experience.
