Very cute little post office. Lady was very helpful and friendly, will be coming back here :) Was also very helpful in letting me open a post office account, so I can leave my packages with them, so not having to wait while they process lots of postage to send

The lady in the post office wasn't very helpful in my 'rebound' returns, telling me JD sports do not do returns this way. However I know that they do because I'd already paid for it. I had proof of this on my phone to show her, she didnt want to see then changed her reason being she cannot print the receipt for me as proof. I felt quite embarrassed in the shop by her continuous barriers in providing a simple service to me and then she didn't provide a receipt for my returns after i insisted that I would go ahead with sending my returns as I'd paid for postage online and is the method I've been told to do via email. The lady then said if you don't get your money back, it won't be on us it will be on you. I am so confused by it all, why wouldn't I receive my refund? I have since tried to track my returns parcel and nothing is showing that my returns even left the store on the 18/03/20. Now I am seriously panicking that I won't get my refund and I have no proof of sending it off as I wasn't provided the correct documentation. I think your staff could use some extra training in customer service/rebound refunds.

Friendly staff with good customer service. Good opening times (At time of review 7:40am to 18:00pm).
