I use this Post Office every day to post multiple parcels. All of the staff I've encountered have been lovely and always really efficient, directing customers and getting the queue down. Cheers guys, keep smashing it! ^_^

Visited at their new location inside WH Smith for the first time to post a parcel for an item of clothing I was returning to a seller because it didn't fit. Seller's website has a returns page with a QR code which Post Office's are able to scan in order to print off a freepost return label. Took my item to the counter only to be told that they're unable to print them which I find utterly ridiculous and the cherry on the cake was then being told to go and print it off at a printing shop. Not a great experience at all.
This post office needs to train their staff better in postal services, or keep a ear out for when the trainees give incorrect info. I was refused service and told I couldn't post my tube to the USA, as it had to be exactly 60cm long. This is only for parcels/boxes, not tubes. Tubes can be up to 90cm in length and no heavier than 2kg.
