Just drove across Cardiff to send an urgent letter and was abruptly told the post office was closed because they had a delivery to do - Waste of time and money

Not only has this Post Office odd opening/closing times but also have untrained, unqualified rude Eastern European staff with limited English language skiĺls and unnecessarily like to argue with customers. The Post Office is unable to provide basic post office facilities due to staff incompetency. Can the owner please take action! #Royalmail please take notice! This Post Office is not serving the community properly. Avoid

Friendly, helpful staff, and it's so great to have a post office that's open after 17:30 (Adamsdown PO is open til 22:00)!
