Ok, but several things were missed resulting in return visits. Communication could be improved.

Did not turn up and failed to contact me to explain why. After both myself and my mother rang, once we explained they hadn’t turned up, they started saying ‘hello’ ‘hello, sorry I can’t hear you’ and put the phone down. Disappointing.

Fantastic, prompt service. I phoned Marc regarding an emergency with the boiler. He was with me in just over an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and was back and had it fitted in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this company.

Good service from M&M heating and plumbing. Phone a few plumbers in cardiff and these lot were helpful. The came round gave me an estimate and were £500 cheaper than another quote I had from another plumbing company. They fitted my worcester boiler and it's much better than our last boiler we had. Work carried out was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a plumber.
