Service was terrible. The elderly male member of staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Definitely will not be returning
The worst post office I’ve ever been into. This is the second time I return to this post office and I’ve already regretted it. The older member of the staff is very rude to women. The normal post office till was closed, there was no sign to advise so and after waiting for a few minutes in the queue he nodded to me to go to the normal shop till. Not an apology not even talking like a human being.
The first time I came here I was returning a large parcel which he didn’t want to take blaming it on the postman’s van being too small. I insisted he takes it and the parcel reached destination as expected.
I strongly suggest the Royal Mail to read the reviews for this place and give them a serious notice to either sort themselves out or pull their facility from their shop as this only does damage to the Royal Mail brand, service and revenue.
I have come wIth the parcels and the man charge me for one of them as a small parcels the other one as a medium the all have been this same size he said that's was his mistake but he still trying to tell me it's all because my parcels was 2kg and have to be 1.99 kg so he put as a medium but when I look on the web side it's medium parcels till 2 kg too for 5.20 it's a joke lol then couple of days latter I came back at 11 and try to send an other parcels and he said is too late so i went in to the diffrent post office and I have send with no problem. I have allready contact with the post office with the complain and I have send the evidence.
Sunday 12.30 pm. Just drove to this post office and it is closed. Even though the website clearly states they close at 1pm. Previously had issues with the staff that work here. They don’t seem to know what they are doing
Terribly incompetent staff. Next time I'll walk to another post office. How are they allowed to continue business with an average 1 star rating?
