Recently the service has been appalling! I walked 45 minutes to pick up a parcel as their website stated it was open, I rang the bell to get in when I got there and was greeted with a very rude woman who told me they were closed, I pointed out that the hours on the gate stated they were open and she huffed and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. The hours on the gate said it would next be open on Friday so I walked another 45 minutes only to be told it was closed when I arrived. Today I checked online which states it is open from 7am to 9pm so I tried for a third time and was told again that it was closed!!!! I’m furious!
please check new revised times. limited hours.
The service is fast.
They are keeping distance due to covid 19.
