Went to collect my tracked amazon parcel, (had been delivered there and scanned in but postmaster couldn’t find it. ) No apology as to where it could be! Goodbye new mobile phone - will never use this post office again. Whoever has my phone - its dementia friendly and I had ordered it for my elderly mum who has just moved to a care home. Hope you feel ashamed.....

Terrible place ! No commity spirit whatever. Lazy over weight jobs worth staff. Post office website states opening times hand written scruffy note on door for working whatever hours they feel like. Roulette for opening time's.

It can be very busy sometimes like lunch time or around 5pm. Other than that workers are very friendly and helpful.
