I have never stayed in won but I just wanted to say it's a really nice place my sister used to work there and me and my friends would some times go there and play in the park and have dinner there it's really fun and also I just live round the corner so it's easy to go to but the only thing is at night it's very loud 😂😊 but over all it's a good place and it has a football bit and basket ball so that's fun for the boys

Nice quiet park. Very friendly staff. Caravan was good standard and spotless. Nice coast and 40 mins to Glasgow for activities. Recommend for a relaxing wind down.

I found this place a couple of years ago, and the accommodation was really nice, great modern caravan, great service and great location. Going back last week though, I thought I took the wrong turn into Craig Tara....no sooner had we turned into the dog friendly parking area some lunatic starts shouting at the top of his voice, no doubt making children feel threatened, then people start drawing dirty looks for no reason while going to the caravan and parking in the space designated for those occupying the relevant caravan. No chip shop open, where one could safely practice social distancing but the pool was...who thought that one up? Also on checking if they do chip shop food, they said yes, but only fish and chips (but at restaurant prices)....curious.....and the chips were awful (2 sore stomachs later)...a real shame...some really lovely caravans and a great location...

We stayed here for a couple of days, they have done a good job with today's situation, everywhere was clean and tidy showers toilet laundry was open, they even have a bath! They have a one way in and one way out of the food/bar, some people used it some didn't. (we didn't use the entertainment bar, but heard there were things on) little play ground for the children and football court, little shop if you need bits. The hard standing (gravel) got flooded with a nights rain we had, we were mopping up our awning at 3am, the next day we found it wasn't just us. Staff were very helpful and friendly, food was nice had tea and a breakfast.

Great caravan park. V20 was a bit smaller than we are used to, thankfully there was only the 2 of us instead of 4, otherwise it would have been way too cramped. The castle itself is only 5 minutes walk away, although now converted to private flats the facade and surrounding area is a nice walk.
