My husband and I have just stayed at the Premier Inn in Ayr whilst undertaking some building works at our home. We stayed for 16 nights and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We used the room service takeaway menu a couple of times and the food was more than acceptable. The housekeeping staff provided us with everything we asked for and our room 321 had a lovely sea view too.
On arrival our room was spotless as were all the common areas too.

As most PIs. Not blessed with a scenic view unless you like deakerships. Window mechanisms dusty/fluffy; don't eat your dinner off them. Shower/toilet room good. Double bed big enough for me, Lenny Henry and Dawn French! What's that long cylindrical cushion for?
Clean and tidy.and Starbucks staff two girls very pleasant. 10 out of 10
Poor view of wasteground. Small room but restaurant shut. Quiet tho
It's a premier Inn so you know what to expect. I just needed somewhere to stay the night. Room is the same as every other Premier Inn. Comfortable bed. View from window was awful looking onto wasteland. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose and coffee was good.
