I tried several times in vain to arrange for some jobs to be done. I never once spoke to a plumber, only a receptionist who failed at every opportunity to either get information for me or get back to me. I had to make all the contact whilst dealing with her excuses for poor communication. From school runs to finish early, I was surprised at how unprofessional the business was. I gave up in the end, wasting several days having made all the running. I had to seek the the services of another plumber, which was just as well as my experience of this company was terrible. I would not hold your breath if you were to rely on them.
