Fab service fab products. Dylan and Stephen were excellent. The fact Dylan spent almost an hour with me talking me through my bike just shows how caring and customer focused these guys are. Cant beleive people have been complaining about build times....so what!! we are in a global pandemic the whole world more or less came to a stand still. This bike was definitely worth the wait. I bought Dolan L'etape SL Carbon Road Bike - Shimano Ultegra R8000 through a configurator. Unlike other companies, Dolan has great service. I was immediately answered by email. Instead of one month, they sent it to me in just one week to Bulgaria. Amazing road bike ! Fantastic bike shop ! I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves cycling ! Thanks Dolan !

I chose to collect my bike from Dolan, as not too far from home. Very busy time, but took the time to talk me through my new bike and indulged my enthusiastic son. Very very pleased with the bike too. Top company who deserve the success they are having.

I recently ordered the Dolan DR1, there was a slight delay on delivery due to the current climate but the staff was really Friendly and helpful. They helped me configure the bike And I’ve got to say the bike itself is unbelievable!
