This is, without doubt,one of the best touring sites we have ever visited. pitches are excellent with fantastic views of Snowdonia.The site has a beautiful walk around the golf course and river which continues into the village. The park is emaculate and the toilets are fantastic and would not be out of place in a top hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the local area has so many attractions and beautiful places to choose from, I definitely recommend this brilliant park and look forward to our next visit

Lovely site, big pitches and bathrooms were spotless. We found everyone very friendly and welcoming. We'll be back for another visit!

Very disappointed with the customer service at this site. We had booked a weekend and paid a £30 deposit. As Wales is now restricting visitors in and out of Wales we felt it was only sensible to cancel, giving them 3 weeks notice. The lady we spoke to was very abrupt and refused to refund our deposit unless they were in lockdown on the day of our booked visit. Every other site we have managed to visit this year have been very reasonable and most have waived the deposit due to the current unprecedented situation. I questioned this and she became more abrupt and when I questioned this policy she said that she would not even look at the refund as she had this weeks to deal with. I told her that we would not be returning to this site and she hung up without any goodbye or other accepted good customer service end to the conversation. VERY rude, no customer care or consideration. Avoid this site at all costs. We will be contacting Morris Group with a formal complaint.

We stayed on the 24th July 2020 for three nights. We stayed in our motorhome. it was quiet and relaxing. The site had all the amenities we required and there was plenty of room between pitches. The toilets and showers were very clean and were cleaned regularly. Site was in walking distance to town and there were some lovely walks. We had a lovely meal in the local pub, which had taken into account social distancing. We will be returning.

Stayed for one night in September - pity it wasn’t longer. All sensible COVID-19 procedures in place. All amenities and pitches very clean and well maintained. Have stayed here before and must put in on the ‘go back to sometime’ list.
