I was sceptical in visiting this post office given the reviews, but they could not have been more helpful. I was served by a young lady called Merryn who was immensely helpful in resolving an alteration in vehicle tax class. Explained how it worked and was extremely polite - took care of the problem. Can't speak highly enough of the service received.

I heard one of the staff there talking to another staff member. She stated quite clearly that the nhs app had told her to self isolate, but she only isolated for a week. Irresponsible behaviour.

The self service counter is brilliant. Shortage of staff leads to long queues. Staff otherwise is good and hard working. Request- Please open for longer hours as working people especially NHS staff cannot come between 9 and 3.

Terrible attitude of staff.they need to do courses on how to treat people.went today after 2 weeks in lockdown.i checked post office website which states I had to go to post office to do what I needed if cldnt be done online.am disabled but got there only to be told they can't do it as it had to be done online? So I asked nicely why the website said different and staff said vacantly they didn't know.no help what so ever.wont go there again I wld rather drive 10 miles and use another

Pretty poor environment for both customer and staff. I was there first thing but queues quickly built up. The lady behind the counter was very quick and efficient in witnessing a copy of my passport.
