This is one of my favourite places, we only live a few miles up the road but I've been taking our girls camping there for years and now they're older they're carrying on the tradition. Basic toilets, fantastic estuary views and allows campfires.
This is the best campsite. Back to basics camping. Great for kids. Great owner. Always a good time had by all.

Only been onces to this campsite and it was that amazing I didn't want to leave the view the space and my kids loved it too they got to experience the wild and got to climb trees and make new friends its was that amazing I'm goin again before it closes xxxxx
We love this down-to-earth back-to-basics campsite and have visited year after year for many years - with a tent, a tiny caravan, a converted old transit and now a nice motorhome. Our dogs and grandkids have always loved the freedom the site gives them and we've had many a campfire to toast our toes and marshmallows. The current owner Will and his dad before him have always been very friendly and helpful and altho the amenities are basic they are always clean and hygienic. If you're looking for luxury or camping in neat rows this isn't the site for you but if you're after fresh air, unspoilt ever-changing views across the river to Cader Idris and a vast expanse of estuary to run round on at low tide this campsite can't be beaten. We'll be back!
