Seclusion is why I stayed here car essential as it is a few miles from Barmouth at Talybont love the unspoilt Jurassic coastal beech. Be aware there is a nudist beech 1 mile away before you get to shell island. Did not affect the holiday but no place to take the kids exploring.
Lovely site very picturesque
Great caravan site right next to the quiet pebbled beach. Caravan was good value, clean, hot water etc. It was nice and quiet where we were located. There is a bar and entertainment hall for the evenings. Also there is an indoor swimming pool, kids play area, amusements, shop and fast food available. There is a pub within 10min walk which does better quality food.
Nice clean site close to beach and sands entertainment area. Been here several times during mid October and always found it quite.
We loved it. The views from the lodge were gorgeous. It's a 2 min walk from the sea, in the morning you can hear the waves, it was so relaxing. The lodge was nice, well decorated and clean. We visited in Oct half term and were worried about being cold, but the lodge was very warm and comfortable. It was a great experience, would recommend.
