We had a fabulous stay at Ogwen Bank. We had a lodge with hot tub, couldnt fault it. Very private and peaceful. Shops nearby, lovely walks and the sound of the river. Staff were lovely, cant fault the experience at all. We stayed for 7 nights and would have loved to stay for 7 more xxx

Nice lodges, that are well equipped and nicely furnished. Quite clean, but not perfect (lots of marks on windows and mirrors). No where to dry towels after a shower which isn't great- hooks or a free standing maiden would be useful.

Spent a couple of nights in a VIP pod, pods are spacious, well equipped, we had everything we needed, even washing cloths and deterrents for washing dishes was provided. They were warm, sofa bed was super comfortable. We had one right next to the river, hot tub was great. Staff were helpful,friendly and the onsite food was great value for money. Would highly recommend

Overall we had a decent holiday here last week especially as one of the ladies on the desk was very kind in lending the hair dryer out to us for a few days , however our stay was tainted by a couple of things which we did address numerous times on site when we were there however the reasoning given and the lack of action taken was fairly unacceptable for the price we paid for the holiday . The problems which we addressed whilst there were that the lodge we stayed in had no curtains at the front which ment especially on a night we felt overlooked and could not get comfy and also the hot tub was not warm for us to go in on the first night and the explanation given was that it needs cleaning prior to us using it ( which is fair enough ) however you would think they could get this ready for us for our first night given the cost of the holiday . To summarise the location and site itself where lovely and couldnt really fault it however the way our complaints weren't really dealt with left a bad taste in our mouth and I think that something should have been done about this . Unsure whether we would stay again.

Super place! Clean and tidy, has onsite pub/restaurant and takeaway. Caravans provided with everything you need - dish washer, washing machine, dishes, bedding. Even jacuzzi :D
