Very clean site amidst the green countryside just outside of Tywyn. Great base for exploring, either coast waterfalls or mountains and the odd castle. Showers very good lots of hot water, plenty of space and facilities were top rate. Shame Covid meant could not use book swap in telephone box! Staff were helpful and around mowing, cleaning and cheerful. Will be back as the area is superb.

Enquired before our stay if there was a phone signal or mobile Internet signal on the site as we wanted to stay in touch with family, was told it was limited depending on our provider, Absolutely no signal on EE. Was told there was WiFi provided on park at a small charge, WiFi signal was almost non existent, paid £5 for 1 night wifi didn't work, mentioned it to reception but they just made excuses about the weather etc showed no interest of offering any sort of apology or refund, (the wifi pole was just behind our caravan !) Also no TV signal was told on phone before booking there was a TV point on the pitch whtch turned out to be sky dish connection, no sky box in our van grrrr paid extra £3 for tv point. Pitch was also uneaven with a slope from side to side, for the £28 for 1 night it was expensive for not much more than a farm site, static part of the park looked well looked after, shame the owners haven't done more to accommodate touring caravan owners.

I've stayed here several times - camping, motorhoming and once I stayed in one of their statics. The whole site is very well laid out with electric pitches if needed, a little shop, well maintained toilet and shower facilities. The rental statics are very well maintained. While you're in the area, don't forget to visit the nearby ice cream factory shop!

Been coming here with family almost every year since I was a baby. Great family and dog friendly walk. Support the local steam railway and you can get around without a car during the day reasonably easy. Beautiful beach only a short drive away and not too far from Snowdonia national park. Brilliant getaway!
