The gentleman servicing the post office counter is incredibly rude. Offered no assistance and with incredibly poor customer service skills. If you're local I'd highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere rather than sour your day. I won't be using the post office service in Llandudno Junction again.

I love this place the man is the most friendliest person i have ever met he has given be good deals when posting parcels and they have reliably gotten to the place i want them to be sent.

Sent a letter in first class from this office 2 days ago and it still hasn't arrived where it was meant to. I've seen the man in the shop ask EVERY customer "what's in the parcel?" In stead of "is it fragile/valuable?" As to not be invasive. Also, the people working there seem to have no regard for the current situation with Covid19, treating stuff without gloves, asking to hold papers with information and giving them back. On two occasions I accidentally brusheds hands with them as I gave them a parcel due to lack of care. And they see hundreds of people a day!

Sent a parcel today 29.4.2020 and the man shock my parcel even thou it said fragile and I told him not to shock it as it will broke and he still done it. I am very upset and very cross . I won’t be using the post office again to send things. He never said sorry he just smiled. Furming
