Stop tap started leaking during lockdown. Really professional on the phone; arrived when they said they would. Plumber did his utmost to keep his distance and wore a mask and gloves throughout - which must have been very uncomfortable for him. Good value for the service provided too. Highly recommend.

Alun phoned in advance with an estimated arrival time and discussed my boiler problem. This allowed him to come with the right part. He arrived on time and did the repair efficiently. The boiler sounds better than it has for the last 10 years. Excellent, friendly service.

I am so impressed with this Company and cannot thank them enough. I have a heating contract with Scottish Power who directed me to Vaynol Heating to fo the repair. After being mislead by Scottish Power that Vaynol would be out today I telephoned myself Vaynol as I had a text message through from Scottish Power to say the job was processed for tomorrow which I was really concerned as I had no heating but also I had to turn my water off too.I telephoned Vaynol direct and spoke to Anna who was most helpful and understanding about my urgent need of a gas engineer as soon as possible. She confirmed the job for tomorrow but said she would look into it and she telephoned me back to say that someone would be out to me by the end of the day. A lovely engineer came who was most helpful reassuring and saw to the problem I now have my heating and water back on and am delighted with Vaynol’s professional and prompt service. Thanks once again I can thoroughly recommend you all from the office staff to the engineer.
