Never had such terrible service... waited for 20 minutes and was next in the queue, the women took 20 minutes to give someone a scratch card and send a package off, then after 15 mins of waiting some old lady walked in, past the queue and waited inside. I let it slide thinking they would call myself through next to then find the guy called the old lady through and this annoyed the whole queue, I politely said 'excuse me myself and this lady have been waiting for 20 mins to be served, i need 2 forms and have to get back for a meeting'he ignored me and continued to serve the old lady... I normally have patience but at that point after waiting for 20 mins in the rain, I had none and just walked off.. waisted 20 pointless minutes out of my work day for an urgent form and had to find another post office .... this isnt the first time this has happened either, i understand older people but just because I'm young, doesn't mean you can dismiss me in the queue just to serve an old lady .. it's such poor service in there. There is probs 1 guy who is quick and efficient in there and knows his stuff, he therefore is an exception. Terrible and annoyed to think that's my closest post office and the rest of the shops are lovely down there..

Older bloke in here is rude, dismissive and needs training in customer service (basic) skills. Starts a return parcel process for you and then chin wags to someone else and leaves you waiting to meet his own needs. Suggest you use another Post Office and try Broadwater where they are friendly and less bitter about the world. Don't take milk in here as it will go sour if placed in the sight of the miserable greeting...
