Terrible, no social distancing, far too many people inside, I waited outside then when I went in, far too many came in behind me. Counter server went between, a people total lack of social distancing. Two counters open next to each other far too close together. NO HAND SANITISER I asked. Had to use pin machine when was it last cleaned? I like to support local businesses but wish I had renewed my car tax on line. I won’t be going in there again. Very unlike all the other shops in Goring Road, they have limits on numbers inside and Hand Sanitiser.

George V Avenue Post office is fantastic, staff are excellent always friendly. AVOID THE POST OFFICE BY WEST WORTHING TRAIN STATION. I will always prefer to use George V Avenue post office or even Pond Lane post office before I ever set foot in the Post office by West Worthing Station. Bloke behind the counter incredibly rude. Has overcharged friends of mine as well, by looks of the reviews here people are getting these post office branches confused!!

Went to get replacement passport and was refused as they said my photos had not been taken at their branch. Actually they had but surely it doesn't matter where they were taken as long as they conform to Passport Office requirements. Chap behind the counter argued quite forcibly that the photos had not been taken at their office. Wish I'd kept the receipt to prove that they had. Won't go there again. Agree with others who have posted that there may be confusion between the George V office and the one near the Mulberry. No problems with that one at all - and that's the one with the car park - not the George V one.

It says online that it is open until 3pm on a Saturday (and at time of writing, had been updated by the business 2 days ago). I walked down there, got there at 1.30pm and it was closed. A handwritten sign on the door saying it closes at 1pm on Saturdays. Useless. I won't be using this branch again.
