The best campsite we’ve stayed at on our 8 week cycle around the coast. Delicious communal dinner. Free tea and coffee. Wonderful home made cakes. Ali and Ian have thought of every comfort. And it’s completely Eco friendly. We felt part of an extended family
Just come back from 6 extremely relaxing days at Bert's. Ali and Ian were fantastic hosts, the barn and morning coffee and pastries were a very welcome way to start the day. It's an amazing part of the country to be outdoors in and Bert's is in a lovely spot away from the crowds. Completely agree with everyone else, the facilities and thought they have put in to catering for guests is second to none. Particularly impressed by the showers!!Really inspired by what Ali and Ian have done and wish them all the best with the Bert's.
Fabulous site and very different to standard sites where you're packed in with every spare inch of grass filled with tents.
Amazing hosts, epic vegetable garden and the best showers of any site I've ever been to. Loads for kids to do in a very safe environment and finally a mega cafe.

Best showers at any campsite we've been to. Everything is so beautifully thought out and unique. The camping meadow is so peaceful. We loved our stay and leave feeling fully refreshed.
