Useless. Branch is always shut and you can't pay cheques into the machine.. you may as well close this branch.
Excellent in the way they treat customers. I would never leave Nationwide. They are the best.
I have been banking here for over 30 years. No problem with other branches, but this branch has always exceeded itself. Staff are great & should you have a problem you will invariably see someone face to face. To me that's always good. Their head office in Swindon is also very helpful. Plus they belt out terrific adverts. Snuff said.
I use this branch quite frequently & always find it quick & easy with friendly staff which makes it a pleasant experience.
