This place is a hidden gem. Only the coast path seperating you and the harbour. A quick wade through the river at low tide gets you to the wonderfully quiet Newport beach. The site is not level but the super friendly staff and location are somethings that make you want to return again and again. It has it all, food, drink, icecreams and views to die for!!!
Found this lovely little place completely by accident, it was that good we left then turned around and went back.
Something drew me to Morawelon camp site and I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant is excellent and staff so friendly; I felt as though I had known them all my life. The site, so close to the sea, is second to none and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I will go back..... very soon.
Fantastic campsite. Who ever complained about the showers must be fairly new to camping in general. They had hot water, were powerful and for 50p I couldn't fault them. The views are superb as are the hosts. Thanks Nikki, we had a great time and will be back later on in the year 👍

I arrived at short notice during a busy half term . Nikki and staff were very kind and helpful. I needed to print tickets for my ferry crossing to Ireland and they readily did this for me. Lovely site, great coastal walking base! I am happy to recommend this campsite 🙂👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you, Joseph Brown
