Good points: Not as burnt down as it used to be. Bad points: Not open 24 hours as Google suggests. Also, it's expensive.

They always have offers marked up e.g. meal deal (sandwich, lunch, drink) for £4.95 which do not process when scanned at checkout. Both before and after the fire last year there have been instances when I checked my receipt after leaving the shop and realised I was ripped off. I tried telling M&S about this but it has not been rectified so I can only assume they are wilfully ripping customers off because they think they can get away with it on such an affluent commuter route. Disgraceful.
