Rubbish service ever. Be careful. They steal parcels. I have lost 4-5 parcels in this post office. They try to avoid scanning the parcels. I have lost very expensive parcel from this post office. I am sure they have stolen it. Disappointed.
Very helpful staff. Also has a ramp outside for those who require it.
Be careful with this branch! The lady pretended that she doesn’t know what she was doing just to charge me extra!
Been there with 2 small parcels(0.480kg and 0.502kg) and I suppose to pay 13.40£ for next day by 1pm and she first tried to charge me 18£ I noticed and I asked why, she mumbles saying she doesn’t know and ended up charging me 16.30£ which is still more than I suppose to pay!
It’s not big amount of money but if you take that from 50 customers...
Don’t know who is in charge with this branch but they should take measures!
Despite being a relatively small post office, it has everything you need to post an item of any size inside. It's located conveniently close to Goodmayes railway station and you can also park your car briefly on the road adjacent to it. The staff are also the friendliest and most helpful I've come across.
This is a really good Post Office, the staff are really friendly. It can get busy at peak times. Parking is convenient.
