Rude customer service and refused to accept pre paid parcel, and told me to go to the main Post Office after 30 minutes queing outside (no consideration). Would give 0 stars if possible.

Please adjust your online hours as have just been in and refused entry as post office now closes at 4:30.

The worse customer service ever one lady behind the counter so rude and unprofessional refused service for no real reason and starts to talk back at me. They think they are in India constantly chatting in their language and having no respect to the customers, arrogant lady

It is in a very convinient space and easy acces and can be seen easily and not on another floor it has great customer service other than one asian lady behind the counter she is very rude and bossy
