Some staff are nice and polite, others are are little less polite
I was served by a lovely lady call suga she was very professional and dealt with my situation promptly and professionally and even I by mistake put too much money she corrected my mistake very honest and lovely post office even the manager Sam is a lovely guy as well better than any other post office in the area sorry to say

I have turned up at 13.30 after checking online closing times which is stated as 15.00. Nobody at the counter with the position closed label up. A lady after me has walked in and asked the same question to the shopkeeper who is calling out to 'auntie' if she is open, this lady(auntie) then appeared who said that they are closed and will reopen at 14.00. I then waited outside to then notice that the lady that walked in after me is being served by 'auntie' and there is a line of 4 people waiting to be seen and after a few minutes 'auntie' sees the line of people and then announces again that they open at 14.00 and the times can be found online, however there is no mention that 'auntie' operates when she wants to and has double standards as it the opening hours for that day was 09.00 - 15.00.
